Salary: £40,000
We are working on behalf of a hugely well established audio visual organisation who are looking for a Service Desk Manager to join their organisation.
This is a customer facing position critical to the delivery of their Service Agreements and Technical Service activity.
The role requires a proactive approach, working on behalf of their external service customers, to triage, manage and monitor support tickets and will involve working closely with a wide array of different teams within the business.
Whilst this role requires a broad knowledge of Audio Visual/Lighting technology and an understanding of Integrated Systems a detailed level of technical product knowledge however is not a pre-requisite. A common sense approach to understanding the critical nature of the support required is what is key!
Skills:
- Commercial experience in a similar role within a busy service department
- Excellent problem delegation and management skills
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent Customer Management skills
